Account information: email address and display name you enter when creating an account.
Team data: project and space names, notes, measurement values, and photos you capture or choose to save.
Project sharing: who a project is shared with, and their role (view, edit or admin). The people who manage sharing (project admins) can see the email address and display name of those it is shared with.
We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. We do not track you.
Only to sign you in, share and sync data within your team and with the people you share projects with, and provide the app’s features. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.
Camera: used to take photos, estimate illuminance, and measure dimensions with AR. Only photos you choose to save are stored as team data.
Microphone (noise meter): used only to calculate a noise level. Audio is never recorded, stored or sent. An indicator is shown on screen while measuring.
Speech recognition (voice memo): uses the iOS speech recognition feature. Audio is processed by Apple (on device or on Apple servers); we do not receive the audio.
AR (measuring): processed on your device; spatial data is not sent.
Data is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run; primarily in Japan). They process data on our behalf as infrastructure providers.
Data is shared only with: (1) members of the team you belong to, and (2) people you (or a team member) share a project with using a share code.
Someone you share a project with sees only that project (including its spaces, records and photos), within the role you chose (view, edit or admin). They do not see the team’s other projects.
Anyone who knows a share code can join that project until the code expires, so be careful who you give it to. A project admin can revoke a code or remove someone’s access at any time.
When access is removed, the project’s data is deleted from that person’s device (the next time the device goes online, if it is offline). We cannot delete copies made before access was removed, such as screenshots.
We do not provide data to third parties except as required by law. Records show the author’s display name.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. Your account information is deleted immediately.
If you are the only member of your team, all team data (including photos) is deleted too. If other members exist, the team’s records stay with the team (ownership transfers to another member if you are the owner), and your display name remains on records you created.
If projects are shared with you, deleting your account also removes that access.
You can withdraw camera, microphone and other permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
This app is for professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
